Payment Policy For Volunteers and Interns

We require a non-refundable $50 deposit to reserve a volunteer or internship position and accommodation.  Interested individuals can also contact us upon arrival; however without a deposit and one week’s prior notice we can not guarantee a spot in our program. Deposits can be made via our secure online payment system with credit card or Paypal account. To make a reservation click on the 'pay now' button below.

For long term volunteers/ interns, the first month´s fee must be paid in full upon arrival and before the beginning of each new month thereafter.

• For short term volunteers, the same rules apply on a weekly basis.
• All payments can be made in cash or with credit card (cash preferred).
• Once the program begins a maximum of 50% of payment can be refunded.
• An individual can defer his/her deposit to any future date.
• All payments can be made in US Dollars or Bolivianos.

For Language Students

We do not require a deposit or initiation fee prior to the beginning of classes.  To schedule lessons, prospective students can contact us via email or drop by our office during operating hours (9AM to 7PM). 
Payments must be made in full before each week of classes taken.

• We do not charge anything for cancellation as long as we are given 24 hours prior notice.
• All payments can be made in US Dollars or Bolivianos.
