Sustainable Bolivia’s Purposes

• To further global awareness of Bolivia and her developmental challenges.

• To provide international students and professionals the opportunity to see the realities of Bolivia. 

• To provide educational opportunities and international work experience for young professionals.

• To provide practical experience for a new generation of social and environmental advocates.

• To provide a space for cross cultural dialog and understanding.

• To empower volunteers, interns and Bolivians to become active members of society and make positive changes in their own lives.

• To provide language assistance, accommodations and 24 hour support for volunteers wishing to donate their time to foundations in Bolivia.

• To locate and provide charitable foundations with students and professionals.  

• To provide financial assistance to charitable foundations operating in Bolivia.

• To locate and silicate funds from international donors used to benefit charitable foundation in Bolivia.

• To provide Bolivian communities an alternative source of revenue.

• To contribute to the development of Bolivia’s international tourism industry in a socially, fiscally and environmentally sustainable manner.

• To provide local communities a financial incentive for environmental protection.

• To help protect the cultural and biological diversity of Bolivia.

• To help promote sustainable livelihoods through community-based ecotourism and related projects.

• To promote the protection of natural resources while generating profits for local reinvestment.

• To promote fair trade practices for locally produced goods.
